matserv GmbH is a system- and manufacturer-independent remote service center for refrigeration, air conditioning, building management, and energy systems offering a comprehensive range of services. Since 2010, a team of skilled and dedicated employees has been monitoring, controlling, and regulating your systems—around the clock, 365 days a year. The focus is on ensuring optimal and cost-efficient operation of the systems. With our vision for the future, we are already developing solutions today for your requirements of tomorrow.
For remote monitoring and energy optimization, we have developed a central measurement value management system and event management system as overarching and central software. We are constantly developing these further. We currently monitor around 800 properties – and the number is rising steadily.
Simple control of the refrigeration system has developed into a multifunctional control system. The top systems even enable the monitoring and control of all building services systems in a store. These include heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, lighting, and heat recovery and energy generation systems.
This is the only way to operate modern refrigeration systems with high efficiency and exploit all the potential for minimizing energy consumption.
